Went on the coldest photo excursion I've ever been this morning, with wind chills in the 10° F (-12° C) range. We had a light snowfall overnight so I was hopeful for some nice clouds. Unfortunately the sky didn't cooperate and ended up being crystal clear. That reflection in the sand isn't water, it's ice. It was so cold that the waves had deposited a layer of ice into the sand at the last high tide. I'd never walked on a beach before that was as hard as cement.
